HELP ME FIND HER A NEW HOME! The photo to the left came into my possession in March 2002 from a rescuer of family heirlooms, Shelley Cardiel, in Washington State. She purchased this photo as part of a collection of photos and other miscellaneous items from a dealer in Virginia. The assumptions are: she is from Erie, and the photo was taken in the late 1800s. Charles Ottis Wagner from Erie married into my great aunt, Mary Agnes Bliley in the 1800s. Perhaps, she is a relative of that family.
