Album 3. Bliley, Frank A. - College Years - Album 1 -- February 2015 (167 images) This album is the first of two created by Frank Anderson Bliley during his college years. It is designed with pockets for two card photos per page. He followed this scheme for parts of the album and on many pages placed six smaller card photos on a page. The album is covered by blue velour with a brass clasp which is now missing.
